In-person - 1:1 Past Life Regression Session

 Session outline

- A 2-2.5hr block of clinic time will be allocated to your 1:1 PLR session

- The session will begin with me answering any outstanding queries you may have, prior to starting your hypnotic induction and past life regression.

- I will explain the process and intention of hypnosis and past life regression & how your session will work.

- We will discuss the answers you provided on your client consent form to ensure we have a clear understanding of your intention & how I can facilitate and support you during your session.

Session structure

- The session will then commence with me guiding you into a relaxed hypnotic state.

- I will guide you to use your imagination and felt senses to induce an even deeper relaxed hypnotic state. 

- Depending on your preference and history:
You will be guided to regress back in time until you reach early adolescence and further back until you're in your mother's womb OR you will be guided around the world until your intuition (higher self) guides you to the country where you experienced a past life. 

- You will explore your past life (there will be times when certain people may experience more than one past life during the session) and you will understand more clearly who you were.

- Upon reaching your death in your past life, you will be guided to a soulful state when you leave your physical past life body, and life behind.

During this stage of the regression, I will be talking with your higher (soulful) self and asking the questions you provided on your client form which we discussed at the beginning of your session. Spirit Guides may also come through at this stage, it simply depends on the client and what their higher self & guides want them to know or experience at that moment.

- I will then guide you back to your current life and begin the wake-up hypnotic process until you gently awaken and consciously return to the room you're in. 

- You will be invited to journal your experience & have a few minutes to yourself as you process everything, and then we can talk about your session, if you wish!

Post session 

- Following your session, I will type up any notes I made during your regression. This information will be emailed to you as a PDF file within 3 business days following your session.
