Past Life Regression 1:1 online session

Booking information:

Step 1. You must complete the Past Life Regression Client Form within 24hrs of purchasing your 1:1 session to secure your booking.

- Please refer to the "client consent forms" menu, select 1:1 Past Life Regression Client Form and complete the required information, and submit your form.

Step 2. Upon receiving your completed client consent form, I will promptly contact you to organize and schedule your session using your nominated days and times.

Step 3. Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email and a PDF file with details relating to your Past Life Regression session. Please ensure you read through this at least 48 hours before your session.

 Session outline

- A 2.5 hour block of clinic time will be allocated to your 1:1 in-depth PLR session 

- The session will begin with me answering any outstanding queries you may have, prior to starting your hypnotic induction and past life regression.

- I will explain the process and intention of hypnosis and past life regression and how your session will work.

- We will discuss your answers, questions, and the details you provided on your client consent form to ensure we have a clear understanding of your intention going into the session and how I can facilitate and support you during and after the session

Session structure

- The session will then commence with me guiding you into a relaxed hypnotic state.

- I will guide you to use your imagination and felt senses to induce an even deeper relaxed hypnotic state. 

- You will then be guided to regress back in time in your current life until you reach early adolescence.

- You will be guided to regress further back to when you were in your mother's womb.

- I will then guide you to drift further back in time, back to a lifetime before your current life...to a past life. Depending on your reasons for PLR the past life you regress back to will be relevant to your outstanding questions, fears, intentions, etc., 

- You will explore your past life (there will be times when certain people may experience more than one past life during the session) and connect more deeply with who you were. This is where I will ask open and non-leading questions and invite you to connect in a felt-sense manner with your past life. I will make notes of everything you say and anything else I notice.

- Upon reaching your death in your past life, you will be guided to a soulful state when you leave your physical past life body, and life behind. During this stage of the regression, I will be talking with your higher (soulful) self and asking the questions you provided on your client consent form which we discussed at the beginning of your session. Spirit Guides may come through during this stage, it simply depends on the client and what their higher self guides them to know or experience in that moment.

- I will then guide you back to your current life and begin the wake-up hypnotic process until you awaken and return to the room you're in. 

- You will be invited to journal anything you need to, you are welcome to have a few minutes to yourself as you process everything, and then we can talk about your session. 

Post session 

- Following your session, I will type up the clinical notes I made during your regression. This information will be emailed to you as a PDF file within 3 business days after your session.

- At this stage, I will not provide the Zoom recording from your session as this contains private hypnotic scripture and my past life regression process. Due to the potential risk of your session recording being shared with others or posted online for other PLR clinicians to see, from a business position I am unable to share this footage with you. However, this is why I take detailed notes during your session to ensure you receive the details, revelations, and insights that arose during your regression.

At a later date, I may watch through your session footage and if there is a key moment I identify and feel is relevant for you to see and keep, I will of course email this to you.
