Booking information:

Step 1. You are required to fill-in the Hypnotherapy Client Form within 24 hours of purchasing your session to secure your booking.

Step 2. Upon receiving your form, I will promptly email you to confirm & schedule your session!

Step 3. You will receive a PDF file to read prior to your Guided hypnotherapy session

 Session outline

- A 90-minute block of clinic time will be allocated to your 1:1 Connecting with Spirit Guides session  

- The session will begin with me answering any outstanding queries you may have and explaining the process and intention of hypnosis, prior to starting your hypnotic induction 

- We will discuss your answers, questions, and the details you provided on your client consent form to ensure we have a clear understanding of your intention going into the session and how I can facilitate and support you during and after the session

Session structure

- The session will then commence with me guiding you into a relaxed hypnotic state.

- I will guide you to use your imagination and felt senses to induce an even deeper relaxed hypnotic state. 

- You will then be guided to a special place where you will wait to meet your spirit guides

- Your spirit guides will come to you at this special place because they have been waiting for you to meet them...to see them...to hear them. 

- You will be guided to be completely present and deeply connected on a sensory level during this encounter with your Spirit Guides. The entire process will not be rushed to ensure a deep level of spiritual journeying can occur. 

- I will then begin the wake-up hypnotic process until you awaken and return to the room you're in. 

- You will be invited to journal anything you need to, you are welcome to have a few minutes to yourself as you process how you feel, and then we can talk about your session.
