Past Life Regression 1:1 online 1.5hr session

Booking information:

Step 1. You are required to fill-in the PLR Client Form within 24 hours of purchasing your session to secure your booking.

Step 2. Upon receiving your form, I will promptly email you to confirm & schedule your session!

Step 3. You will receive a PDF file to read prior to your Past Life Regression session.

NOTE: If you want to purchase an in-person or in-salon session, please contact me prior to booking as only limited sessions & days will be available!

 Session outline

• A 1.5hr block of clinic time will be allocated to your 1:1 session
• I will answer any questions you may have & explain the process of PLR
• We will discuss the details you submitted in your client consent form
• All sessions are tailored to your unique questions, intentions, etc., 

Session structure

- The session will then commence with me guiding you into a relaxed hypnotic state.

- I will guide you to use your imagination and felt senses to induce an even deeper relaxed hypnotic state. 

- You will then be guided around the world until your intuition (higher self) guides you to the country where you experienced a past life. You will be guided to regress further back into this memory where details become clearer to you

- You will explore your past life (there are times when people may experience more than one past life during the session) and you will understand more clearly who you were.

- Upon reaching your death in your past life, you will be guided to a soulful state when you leave your physical past life body, and life behind. During this stage, I will briefly talk with your higher (soulful) self and ask final questions for you to silently reflect on and answer.

- I will then begin the wake-up hypnotic process until you awaken and return to the room. You will be invited to journal, have a few minutes to yourself as you process your experience, and then we can talk about your session. 

Post-session (available in booking options)

- I will type up the notes & observations I made during your session & will email this to you as a PDF file within 3 business days following your session. I will also include any messages passed on from your Spirit Guides!
